Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Services Overview
Over the course of Herk Global’s existence, the Company has performed thousands of routine and non-routine maintenance tasks without any property damage or personal injury. Herk Global’s highly-skilled workforce is dedicated to providing services with quick turnaround times while ensuring that all customer aircraft are airworthy and in complete compliance with FAA and military standards. Herk Global provides all services with pride and at the lowest possible cost.
Major Modifications & Repairs
Herk Global’s major modifications and repair services cover alterations to enable the addition of new equipment or features to the aircraft, repairs to re-establish the original strength and integrity of damaged areas of the aircraft, and aircraft avionic installations and upgrades.
HERK Global’s broad capabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Converting aircraft to custom specifications
- Installing Fire Retardant Delivery Systems for Aerial Fire-Tanker Aircraft
- Installing Reconnaissance Cameras

Engineering Services
Herk Global outsources most engineering services to its on-site partner, U.S. Technical, a certified aviation products, services, and engineering provider. U.S. Technical is approved by the FAA to provide data, drawings, documentation, and certification for the work that Herk Global performs
